1. General 

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all your orders at Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper, Chamber of Commerce no. 90712501 with VAT number NL004834770B82.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to the delivery and payment conditions of Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper.

2. Delivery 
2.1 Delivery of your order will take place as long as stocks last. 
2.2 If delivery by parcel service is chosen, the order will be shipped to the address provided by you within 48 hours after receipt of payment. 
2.3 If pick-up is chosen, we will inform you when the order is ready for pickup at our location in Nieuwegein. 
2.4 Pickup location: Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper, Wielewaal 56, 3435 AR Nieuwegein. 
Pickup is possible from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00. 
2.5 For orders above €100, no shipping costs will be charged; for orders under €100, we charge €8 in shipping costs. No shipping costs are charged for pickups.

2.6 Regarding appointments in the grooming salon: if you wish to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within these 24 hours, we are unfortunately forced to charge 50% of the grooming fee.

3. Prices 
3.1 All stated prices are subject to typographical errors, no liability is accepted for the consequences of such errors. 

3.2 If your pet behaves aggressively, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and ask for the full appointment price. Or we reserve a right to take an additional price of 20 euro on top of the service price.

4. Warranty 
4.1 Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper guarantees the proper condition of Nero Gold products until the end of the expiration date. 

4.2 If you are not satisfied with the quality, you can return the product to receive your purchase amount back.

5. Payment 

5.1 Payment in the shop should be made using Ideal or through the Mollie provider.

5.2 Payments for the grooming services could be done either through Tikkie service or SumUp partner terminal.

6. Returns 

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. 

6.2 You will then be credited with the full purchase amount including the shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to us are at your expense. These costs amount to approximately €6.95 per package, please consult the carrier's website for exact rates. 

6.3 If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging, should be returned to us. 

6.4 To exercise this right, please contact us at info@trimmer-chipper.nl. We will then refund the due amount within 18 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good order. 

6.5 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is legally only possible for products: – that have been manufactered by Nero Nederland according to the consumer's specifications; – that are clearly personal in nature; – that by their nature cannot be returned; – that can spoil or age quickly; – whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market over which Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper has no influence; – for individual newspapers and magazines; – for audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal the consumer has broken; – for hygienic products whose seal the consumer has broken. 

6.5.2 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is legally only possible for services: – regarding lodging, transport, restaurant business, or leisure activities to be carried out on a certain date or during a specific period; – the supply of which has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period has expired; – regarding betting and lotteries.

7. Complaints 

7.1 Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper has a sufficiently publicised complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure. 

7.2 Complaints about the execution of the contract must be submitted to Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper fully and clearly described within 7 days after the consumer has noticed the defects. 

7.3 Complaints submitted to Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper will be responded to within a term of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper will respond within the 14-day period with a receipt notice and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer. 

7.4 If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute that is susceptible to dispute resolution arises. 

7.5 In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper. For complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to the Webshop Trustmark Foundation (WWW.WEBWINKELKEUR.NL), which will mediate for free. If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to have their complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by the Webshop Trustmark Foundation, with the decision being binding for both Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipperr and the consumer. Presenting a dispute to this committee incurs costs that must be paid by the consumer to the said committee. It's also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform. 

7.6 A complaint does not suspend the obligations of Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper unless Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper indicates otherwise in writing.

7.7 If a complaint is found valid by Honden&Katten Trimmer Chipper, we will either replace or repair the delivered products free of charge, at our discretion.
